Finally the product is heading back to seller. I am requesting foe cancellation, but no body is responding. Sorry for writing my issues here.

Ordered the product on 4th September, waiting for the same Till Today. I was contacted by Parasnath customer support. They promised me to deliver the product by Wednesday. They could not keep promise and stopped replying to my mail.

Shiprocket delivery is a never ending loop of received not received between hyderabad delivery stations.

Not sure if I am the only unlucky one or it happens to many, not sure.

Product seems to be made of best quality lightweight metal with plastic steps (Though I feel the plastic steps could be a little more sturdy). It was able to bear my weight easily and I am about 90kg. No setup required - it comes ready to use which is easy and convenient. Note that these are my initial impressions - Will see how the product fares over time. At the offer price of less than 3k, this is a very nice product. Secured payment. Delivery on time.
